I rewatched 500 Days of Summer yesterday. Despite the quirkiness there's something about the movie that really hurts me. Not an Eternal Sunshine-degree of hurt, but still...

God I love that movie so much. And I agree, it's heartbreaking but we knew that from the beginning.

It's really great!!
And I'm hoping to be able to see "The Devils Carnival" soon too! I'm like legit hating that they don't just release it like any other movie. Dying to see it! You should totally go see it though if they tour in an area near you!

Me too I've been a fan of him ever since he was on 3rd Rock From the Sun.
I just watched Tower Heist. It was really good. Best comedy movie I've seen in a long time.

Oh yeah, 'Dark Shadows'! And again a dark role for Chloƫ Moretz after having played a trained killer in 'Kick-Ass' and a vampire in 'Let Me In'.

Whedon's The Cabin In The Woods was ok. Had very Whedonesque moments. Some cliched characters though, but that was totally the point this movie wanted to make.

I don't know about Avengers. It just follows the pattern for this kind of team-up stories. Was what I expected: heroes meet, fight each other, then they put aside their differences and fight the big bad.
Expect more from The Dark Knight Rises, but I don't think it will top the previous two.

Yeah, I wasn't particularly impressed by the film. Just Scarlett.

That scene with the chair. Way better than all the cgi fights together.
