What's happened with Chelsea? She ok?

She's on an action plan because she doesn't do enough admin. Apparently she logged 3 pieces of work that she didn't actually do in last month. Which everyone does btw, it's so easy to accidentally do. Anyway, because she's on this action plan they've been investigating her and they reckon she's been falsifying her figures to try and get out of it.

Yikes. Doesn't sound too good. I hope it all works out for her

Regardless of her action plan they can sack her for gros misconduct.

That's not good. Can they prove there was misconduct? I mean was there?

Technically the evidence that they have is enough to get rid of her. I depends on whether they believe her reasons. I don't think she did anything wrong because even if she had 'cheated' she's still not meeting the requirements of her action plan so it wouldn't benefit her in any case.

Sounds confusing. It sounds like it's one of those things you're technically supposed to do for every case, but in actual fact is completely unrealistic to fill out for every case? Something like that?

Omg lol, I went upstairs and saw my back door wide open from the wind and all I can think is "Oh fuck, the cat got out...." Then I walk over and see him sitting on the bench by the door, inside the house.

I swear he's the only cat I know of that's actually scared of outdoors.

I'm afraid black will be super depressing, if it's just black, and not some other colors in there as well.

I'd like a summer theme though, that would be nice green/blue/yellow/pink. Soft colors.
