Random Thoughts XVI

I'm in a tricky situation here. I have guests (a couple). We were supposed to have lunch but it's 3h30pm and I haven't heard from them, they haven't left the room. I'm not sure what to do. I have texted them, but nothing and I don't feel close enough to knock.

Erm, I'd probably leave it lol. Just in case

I'd go out and eat anyway and leave them a note.

I started Skyrim finally on Thursday. I've yet to leave my lazyboy since then. God I love all the modding available.

How did it go with your guests Isa? Did they ever come out of the room?

I think Isa's been distracted by all the PLL theories, she's forgotten about them

They finally came out at 6h30pm. It was not that bad in the end because I spent the day watching PLL and thinking about it!

It was a bit uncomfortable, but they are nice people.

It has become my ENTIRE life. To the point where I can't even get it in me to go get beer to make it even better. Loving playing my lovely Nord noblewoman/warrior, Naja; though stupid Ulfric totally should have made me the new Jarl of Whiterun, since they love me like a queen! Though I have to admit it's pretty badass to walk through Stormcloak people and have them call me "Snow-Hammer".

Well I made it through without feeling too terrible this morning! Good job. I feel like I've been punched in the stomach however, but that's unavoidable and unrelated.

It was really good fun thanks. We were reasonably well behaved. Cocktails, getting hit on by randoms, and lots of laughs. It was like being 17 again, but obviously much tamer. My friends mum even picked us up at 12.30 and dropped us home lmao.

You are in luck my dear, it's not internet-based!! It's been done by Bethesda so it's all the Fallout-style gameplay (Massive open-world, can choose to do literally anything, there's like 50,000 unique character interactions and shit), but in a fantasy setting, in this case with a lot of Nordic overtones (Including the fiefdoms being ruled by Jarls, and the main inhabitants of Skyrim are called the Nords).

Basically, you're in the middle of a civil war/war of independence in the province of Skyrim, which is part of a larger continent and empire I can't remember the name of. And you can choose to take a side, stay neutral, or just ignore it entirely and focus on something else.

Haha yeah, I have the PC version because it's free to download illegally. Found the newest patch download as well, so I can use the mods. The lighting and body mods are amazing; I'm going to have to take some pics.

Although I found it hilarious just how many adult mods there are floating around. Don't you just love teenagers with nothing better to do then code porn.

I don't think they can fire you without proof. At least that's how it works here..
Maybe they even just want to ask you if you've seen something suspicious or something.
I hope they figure out where the money went, and who took it, because a situation like that is always uncomfortable. I remember we had a case like that at work, and everybody went around feeling sort of "guilty", because of the suspicion from the management, until the person who did it is finally found out.

Yeah they need proof and they have cameras (which apparently they havent viewed yet).

The ONLY way it could be me losing money is when i was counting it all at the end. Maybe I miscounted?? Not a chance in hell I would resort to stealing.

The worst part though is that in that shift, i went up to my manager and asked him about people stealing money (obviously as a hypothetical because i wanted to see their policies/if that has ever happened etc)...... So THAT looks really suspicious, like omg i cant believe i did that?????????
