I love that warm, cloudy, about to rain weather....
I kinda feel like some really dark shitty windy weather. Hoping we get it tomorrow. *googles forecast* "Isolated showers in the morning, then clearing". Boo.

Oh dear. More floods again last night and this morning in Belfast. Nightmare. Had a crazy God Squad member on the phone earlier telling me that these floods signal the beginning of the end.

Oh, and... Bring on the overtime!

All this stuff would happen anyway... it's just cause we're hearing about this "end" recently that people are starting to relate the two.

She was annoying me a little bit. Lol. I'm awful, I know.

I haven't heard too much of the "end" talk yet.... maybe I need to go shopping in town... I can guarantee there'll be someone shouting at the shoppers about it

Nearly everyone I've spoken to with a flood claim in Belfast has told me about it. And the one I mentioned earlier was going on about the bible for about 10 minutes. 'Yeah... That's nice love, now tell me what the flood has damaged so I can do my job...'

I've never used it or heard it over here. In fact, I don't think I've heard it used anywhere.

So I'm gonna try out a new workplace for two weeks and then I decide if I stay or not.
What if there's limited or no internet access for employees? Should that have to be a valid factor in my decision?

I think it would be less of a deciding factor now we have smartphones.

In my last job I never posted during the day. I could read from my phone occasionally but never post.

I did have access to the internet, and probably could have gotten away with it, but I had to tell the girls in my team to stop shopping for shoes all the time as it was, so messing on the internet myself blatantly would have made it very hard for me to manage effectively.

Oh, a situation in which you have to give the right example.

Also, I don't have a smartphone yet. So I might have to do this to distract myself:
