Going around tumblr, and just felt like whingeing lol.

I don't even watch PLL, but they make lesbian kisses look so simple. Like, IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL, you know?

I don't know if it's just because it's not a major show on a major network, and thus doesn't have the kind of advertising pressure that Glee has, or what... but it's truly ridiculous.

Or maybe, I don't know, it's the fact that the PLL girls don't have to wear cheerleading uniforms and look like fucking porn stereotypes all the time.

But then again, we didn't get a kiss when they were in street clothes either, when it would have looked so much more natural and organic.

I hate that there's so much pressure and anticipation for a Brittana kiss now. It'll almost inevitably be disappointing, because the fandom is so worked up and desperate about it.

I'm still not even 100% sure there will be one?...despite all the backlash.
Idek. Obviously it would never happen, but I wish we could get a straight out explanation from Ryan about it...you know, without him acting like a stupid condescending asshole.

Yeah, anything that is wanted/thought about/written about/talked about for so long by so many people will inevitably be a massive let down.

this is just so much though -- like I don't get it. Other networks/shows etc have shown two girls kissing (and so has fox). All of those teen oriented shows on the CW have no problems with two girls kissing - though it's usually more a ratings thing. But RIB seem to be soo freaking cautious about it. And I mean at this point, it's just hard to see how it could be done organically b/c it's become so freaking obvious that these two girls who are in love STILL HAVEN'T KISSED!

Like I said before, I'll settle for a little conversation first lol.

I mean a kiss would be nice... lets be honest, kisses are always nice, but I have low expectations.

My expectations aren't even low. I've just decided not to have any expectations. Lol.

I agree, how about a bit of interaction between these two first - that would be pretty awesome for starters
I just can't see how a kiss now couldn't be awkward - I don't know but I think it would seem forced now either way and it's the writers fault.
So count me in on the "No expectations!"

I've said many times before already, but I also just want interaction first and foremost. Without that, a kiss will just be unsatisfactory, and yeah, very awkward.

Idek know what i'm expecting anymoreeeee.
