Random Thoughts XV

Sundays are the worst!
We were home at 4am this morning after we had a great time at the club last night, but somehow - not matter how late I go to bed on these nights/early mornings - I always wake up between 8am and 9am.

So now I still have some Controlling excercises to do, but can't motivate myself to do ANYTHING because I'm just so tired.


We conclude:
1. Useless days are useless!
2. Weekends are too short!

Yep Dina! Weekends are defo too short.

Went for a lovely walk in the Yorkshire Dales today. Roast dinner after. A very nice Sunday

I brought a shed load back from Thailand. Lol.

Not looking forward to netball tonight what with our abysmal performance as of late and all. Might have a squash session afterwards with bestie though so that should be fun.

Sorry to hear that buddy. East to west is always much harder than the other way. It's like you're a day behind and no one told your body.

I cannot stop yawning. Lol. Ah well, at least I'll sleep really well after netball and squash.

YES! Got a squash game arranged for tonight after work with my sister's boyfriend. Then I'm going spinning with my sister.

You do a lot of exercise girl! I'm jealous, can't wait to get back to tennis when exams end. My pants are getting tighter.

I know right?! I am in awe of the amount of exercise you do Charlie! Just reading about it exhausts me

I've only actually lost about a stone since my lifestyle swap but my shape has changed so much. None of my trousers fit me properly anymore because I've lost about three inches off my legs, my chest is smaller, my waist is smaller, my hips are smaller (but not much).

While I was in Thailand (I took my heart rate monitor) I tried to do something every day, like, play squash, do Thai Boxing or go for a run or a swim (a real one, not a relaxing one). So, for the next week (because I've only just come back from holiday) I'm going to play squash, tennis and badminton and go to spinning and kettle bells just to settle back in to being at home, then I'm starting my next exercise videos.

I might do a five day intense exercise and nutrition program to kickstart and then start either a 30 day or 12 week set. Maybe the 30 day then 12 week. The 30 day one can be done inside my house because you don't need a lot of room and it's too cold in my garage at night now. Lol.

I won't get to play tennis for a while because Marine is back in Paris and my tennis buddy from work, Jo, is holidaying in NYC for two weeks.

Good lord, that's a lot of exercise to even think about!

I think maybe I'll just start with the video.

I wish I could play badminton more often. Alas it's not a solo sport so it's out of my hands.

Oh, might be working in Cardiff at some point in the next 2 weeks, there's some metering and panel testing that needs sorting or something, so I might be down a couple of days. Don't exactly know the details yet?

It is a lot of exercise but I enjoy it. And it seems to be doing the trick. I always feel like I've achieved something worthwhile after exercising. Lol.

Well, just keep me updated, I'll be free for badminton or drinks or whatever any evening except Monday and Wednesday.

YES! My new phone arrived today. My dad already has it out of the packaging and on charge ready for when I get home after squash and spinning.
