Taste them and you will. Ketchup is super strong and artificial; sauce tastes like sauce.

So my trainer has quit last week.....and now I have another trainer training me tomorrow...
Out of the blue. Im a bit teary and shocked after having her as my trainer for two years and yeah :/

By "sauce" i don't mean stuff you put on pasta... I think this might be an Australian thing Because tomato sauce is also artificial and strong.

Uhm... I see what you mean. Tomato souce as in pasta sauce is something different entirely. In the UK we say tomato ketchup and tomato sauce to mean the same thing. We also use red sauce when we mean ketchup too. So... it doesn't seem like there is a difference. *shrug* Also, it might be noteworthy that we usually only call the Heinz brand ketchup and all the other ones sauce.

Trueeeee!!!!!! That stuff seems exactly like ketchup but I imagine it's like catsup: basically ketchup with one slightly different ingredient.
On the note of ketchup though, I'd like to see one made with Tabasco or franks red hot; spicy ketchup ftw!
Sitting out in the car on my lunch break. So funny, if I open the door I get perfect radio signal, but as soon as I close it the signal drops.

This week is the first week since I've worked here that I've tried to be sensible and stop spending money on food while I'm in work, normally I'll take out a tenner a day to buy food and end up spending the rest on crap from vending machines etc. or get a pizza delivered on overtime or something. So, today on my lunch I went to the supermarket and bought porridge, bread, butter, cheese spread, milk, crisps, rice, noodles, sardines, custard pots, clementines, Babybels and orange and pineapple squash. I spent £24 so if this food lasts me all week I will have saved at least £26 and I'll be eating better.
